We combine distribution process archaeology (interviews with the people doing the work in warehouse, purchasing, sales, and logistics), AI fluency training anchored in your real orders and routes, and opportunity advisory with a ranking by operational risk and return. We do not design agents in this stage. You receive the Process Reality Map, the Definitions Audit, the AI Opportunity Score, and an Opportunity Ranking with a recommendation. Monthly billing with deliverables every two weeks.
