Desarrolladora Pochomil, a growing construction company, managed 5,000+ real estate project leads without a centralized system. Prospect communication was manual via personal WhatsApp, with no traceability. Marketing campaigns were executed without segmentation. There was no way to measure the effectiveness of commercial efforts or automate lead follow-up across different sales funnel stages.
The Solution
We developed two complementary platforms. The Next.js CRM integrates WhatsApp Business API for real-time bidirectional messaging with SSE updates. It includes lead management with a visual pipeline, approved WhatsApp templates, mass campaigns with segmentation, and conversion metrics. The database uses Prisma with Supabase. Additionally, we created an Astro marketing website for lead generation that feeds directly into the CRM.
