Comunidad DEUS, a growing multi-campus church, needed to fully digitize their operations. They had no unified digital presence: communication relied on scattered social media, member tracking was manual, live streaming wasn't integrated, and donation processes were exclusively in-person. With a limited budget as a non-profit organization, they needed a complete but affordable solution that could scale with their growth.
The Solution
We designed and developed a three-platform digital ecosystem. The Flutter mobile app offers live streaming, a 52-week discipleship program, QR check-in for events, an integrated Bible reader, and digital donations. The Next.js 15 admin portal enables content management, participation analytics, user roles, and multi-campus administration. The Astro website serves as the public gateway. Everything runs on Supabase and Firebase at a hosting cost of just $8.25/month.
