Repuestos COYBO, a leading automotive parts company, had accumulated over 300,000 records in Excel spreadsheets. The team needed a more efficient way to analyze sales trends, seller performance, and customer intelligence, and manual data consolidation for reports consumed valuable time. On top of that, there was a sales bottleneck: preparing and sending a quote to a customer took 2 to 3 days, a delay that hurts in a business where response speed influences the purchase.
The Solution
