The Challenge
Core Desarrolladora operates a building with 200+ apartments for short-term rental and needed to fully digitize guest management. Check-in processes were manual and required 24/7 staff, identity verification relied on paper forms, access control used physical keys, and guest communication was uncoordinated. They needed a modern solution enabling autonomous operation without compromising security.
The Solution
We developed Blinquin as a Turborepo monorepo integrating multiple applications. The Next.js 15 admin dashboard manages properties, reservations, and guests. The self-check-in portal allows guests to register autonomously with identity verification through AWS Rekognition. The QR access system eliminates physical keys. Email automation with React Email maintains personalized communication at every stage.
