The Challenge
INHAUS Real Estate manages over 8,000 properties in Costa Rica. Its operation relied on disconnected tools: a legacy system, agents manually responding on WhatsApp, and no public listing portal. They had no organic search presence — properties didn't show up on Google and they depended entirely on paid ads to generate leads.
The Solution
We developed an ecosystem of three integrated platforms plus a large-scale AEO/SEO strategy. On the software side: a modernized PHP backend for internal management, a public Next.js portal with property search, and a WhatsApp platform with Gemini AI for automatic responses. On the positioning side: we created over 8,000 optimized pages for Google — every property, location, and calculator page built with schema markup, structured FAQs, and content optimized for both traditional search engines and AI answer engines.
